Legend has it that when Millard Buchman founded his restaurant in Tennessee in 1934, he intended for it to be called “All Steak Hamburgers.” But custom signage is priced by the letter and “hamburgers” had entirely too many for his budget.
In 1938, he moved the business to Cullman where, despite changes in location and ownership, All Steak has been a cornerstone of the community ever since. Throughout the years, our sign, our service, and our food have remained the same. People travel from near and far to enjoy our prime ribs, seafood, and other staples, but it’s our signature orange rolls that keep them coming back!
