About MasterPro Audio – the story of the best sounding boat on the water, not just the loudest, but the cleanest, clearest audio on the water.  Loud is not always best.  It must be a good loud.  A concert level loud.  Professionally engineered loud.  Loud in the right way.

Back in 1995, Scott Hanna started his adventure in the world of custom high end professional audio.  That adventure initially led him across the nation building incredible sound systems for large venues, theaters, and commercial installations.  To some people the word “custom” means “pick out a bunch of components, plug them up together and hope they sound good.”  To us, the word “custom” means – “hey, let’s build something really cool that no one else has done… from scratch.”  And that’s where this story begins.

Giving up the travels and glory of building audio systems that blast music and movies to thousands, and taking a brief detour down a long and bumpy path, Scott moved his focus to a new adventure of bringing creative audiophile worthy product to the marine audio consumer.

Lewis Smith Lake, located in North Central Alabama, seemed like an unlikely place to settle and start this new adventure.  But there is something about that deep, cool, emerald water on a summer day that serves as undeniable inspiration.  In 2000, that creative spirit lit a fire late one afternoon after a long day of watersports, and Scott set out to fulfill a dream for his wife, Syndi; so together, they came up with something new and unique for the marine industry, combining their passion for boating and watersports with their love for professional grade audio.  MasterPro Audio is looking forward to sharing the gift of high end sound quality with the boating world, so keep your eyes peeled and your ears open as we unveil something truly unique for the water coming soon.
